Great store, great costumer service, everyone is very helpful except from mr. Zurger, try to stay away from him because he gives a lot of attitude.

Good local store already buying there for years And they also have a mikveh But I must point out there pricing are not cheap at all But it’s the price to pay for service locally.

Hand down the best place to shop all your electronics, split units, appliances etc They even have a mikvah and toiveling service. Just a shout out to their amazing costumer service especially the young manager Sol.

I took my Miele vacuum in to be looked at after it was making a loud noise - after it was inspected I got a call that it needed a new motor. It was ready within an hour and a half of taking it in. I was struck by not only the speed of which it was fixed but the care that was taken to explain the problem and how to avoid it happening again. I haven’t encountered this in the 30 years I have lived in NY. I will be a returning customer here for sure.
